Sarsi is a sarsaparilla based soft drink sold in the Philippines and other Southeast Asian coutries.

In the Philippines it is considered as the number one root beer brand in the market. It replaced Barq's in most fast food chains as it and Sarsi is now owned by Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines, Inc., a division of San Miguel Corporation. Its main competitors are Barq's from SMC and Mug from Pepsi-Cola Bottlers Philippines, Inc. Their wide distribution to supermarkets and sari-sari stores and pricing made them the biggest.

In Thailand, the only sarsi drink is called Hi-Mark, by Green Spot.
